● SkyPoly 396 is a “direct plating” process, able to replace the traditional Electroless Copper process
● The conductive layer is an organic polymer, not copper
● Environmentally friendly, no need of formaldehyde, cyanide and complexing agents
● No need for Pd catalyst, lower process cost
● Shorter process, less equipment investment, less water consume and wastewater discharge
● Highly reliable interconnects
